This includes the establishment of the first Black-owned, woman-led, sorority-based digital banking institution in the United States. It focuses on enhancing financial wellness, supporting women entrepreneurs, and leveraging our collective buying power to benefit Black-owned businesses. This initiative strives to foster a culture of economic empowerment within our communities.

This initiative takes a comprehensive approach to improve and protect our environment, focusing on tree planting, community and home gardens, waste reduction, and recycling efforts. It emphasizes the creation of community and home gardens to promote sustainable agriculture. Waste reduction efforts will engage communities in eco-friendly practices, and the annual Shredding and Electronics Recycling Day will safely dispose of unused electronics and paper documents. This initiative reflects our commitment to environmental stewardship.
